Hi and welcome to my brand new blog (March 2013) The Fat Loss Program Dot Com. Lets start off by telling you a little about me and why I have decided to start this blog. Well I am now very near to the age of 40 and it seems that for most of my adult life I have been on a diet of some sort.

Well, I have finally had enough of all these fad diet plans and the yo yo dieting and weight gain. By starting this blog I am going to show the world what I am losing or gaining each week. By doing this it will keep me motivated to carry on with my diet and exercise program.

My goal

I am starting The Fat Loss Program at 29.7% body fat with a body weight of 225.6 pounds.
